FPC 2.4.2RC1 -- DJGPP Binutils (Announce)

IIRC, /beta/ (2.04) was 686+ only (and also UPX'd) while /current/ (2.03p2) was the one FPC currently uses (no pun intended). DJGPP never had 2.18 (nor 2.20 yet either).

Done. GCC 4.4.4, DJDEV 2.04, -mtune=i686 -O2 ... so it should be fast (in theory), esp. since no UPX/NTVDM slowdown.

P.S. I feel stupid mirroring source code that is already on a billion DJGPP mirrors, but for some oddball reason, the GPL thinks it should be hosted on the same server despite the fact that it's already "out there" in the wild. Worse since I didn't change anything, it's a completely stock build! Oh well.
