* cc386: understand constants with the 'ui64' postfix notation
* DOS: new installer was added
* rtl: rewrite of atoxxx, strtoxxx functions
* rtl: added winspool.h
* rtl: simplify some of the windows headers by getting rid
of 'A' and 'W' versions of structures
* rtl: fix MMReg.h - was missing LPCWAVEFORMATEX
