I was presuming a COM file, which is limited to 64KB. An EXE is certainly possible, but that doesn't mean we should stop thinking about storage requirements and what else has to fit in the machine, or the size of the machine.

So yes, it is limited. Even my current apps that include the full library have a requirement to run on a 256K machine.
