I have a binary copy of the video BIOS that Win98SE saved to my C:\ directory (VIDEOROM.BIN). I scanned it for text, and these were the human-comprehensible strings i found:

-----
IBM VGA Compatible BIOS.
PCIR

For Evaluation Use Only.

Note the curious reference to Luke S. and "the force". :lookaround: Does the spirit of ol' Ben permeate Intel? (They failed to capitalize the name though!)

Anyway, if it's of any interest to you, i can forward the binary file.
