Favicon wanted (Miscellaneous)

Hi!

I would like to add an official Favicon to the "DOS ain't dead" forum. I prefer a 16x16 ICO file.
Any contributions are welcome! Thanks in advance! :-)

1. Under what license does your icon fall?
2. I'd like to give credit. Do you have a surname? ;-)
3. Is it okay to use for the whole BTTR Software site? (That's the easiest way to implement it for the DaD too by placing 'favicon.ico' to web root.)
