FreeDOS Install (Users)

Howdy everyone. I am looking for verification and letting everyone know my results with the install.

I downloaded the latest FreeDOS 1.3-RC4 and installed it on both real hardware (32 bit 2 ghz 2gb ram laptop/tablet using an SD card to sata adapter as internal storage) and in virtualbox and I get the same results.

Installing via Full Install Apps and Games will successfully install and run perfectly. When I install using Full Install including sources, it goes to 98% and crashes with a red error about “base\htmlhelp”. This happens on every attempt both real and virtual hardware I have tried/tested.

Has anyone else had this issue, or is it juston my end (bad downloads or something is always a possibility).

Thank you.

I think, this has been reported here: https://sourceforge.net/p/freedos/bugs/311/

Thank you. I did not see that. You are correct.
