Open Watcom 1.7a RC2 available (Announce)

The Open Watcom contributors have released version 1.7a RC2 on 23 October 2007.

Home page: http://www.openwatcom.org/
Download: http://ftp.openwatcom.org/ftp/devel/

Changes:
This version fixes two obscure but significant regressions in 1.7 relative to 1.6. It contains no new features or bug fixes compared to 1.7.

IIRC second bug was related to 16-bit Intel target and therefore pertinent to DOS developers.

You mean 1.7a RC1 instead of that last "1.7", right? Because 1.7a RC1 was called "basically the extra RC that 1.7 should've had before release". I have RC1, and I would hate to install the RC2 if there is no difference.

Anyways, after further (brief) searching, here's what I discovered:

It doesn't matter what I mean, because it was a quote from the Open Watcom website. Therefore I made it italic. :-)
