CD booting with BOOTMGR manager (Users)

I like and everyday use the boot manager BOOTMGR from BTTR-software.
It allows to boot from any hard disk partition and from diskette drive.
But it can't boot from CD.
I understand that adding such support could be difficult and size of the generated code maybe could break some size limit.

So I want to ask for alternative solution.
It would we sufficient to select for booting some very small disc partition with code which could chain the booting proces onto CD-ROM.

I know that GRUB4DOS can do such things but I am not sure if it will work not from MBR location but from partition location.
And besides that, GRUB4DOS is too complicated, maybe somebody knows some more light and straightforward solution?

CD booting with BOOTMGR manager

I don't think grub4dos is complicated, I would say less than grub2.
But you can try PLOP - CD boot is on feature list besides generic USB support :)

CD booting with BOOTMGR manager

I am not sure if I was understood correctly.
I want this boot chain

boot_start -> BOOTMGR manager
               DOS partition
               Windows partition
               micro partition ----> something (PLOP, GRUB?) -> authomatic forward into CD
