Die Lösung (Miscellaneous)

Thread locked

Bertolt Brecht

Die Lösung

Nach dem Aufstand des 17. Juni

The Solution

After the uprising of the 17th of June
The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee
Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government
And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier
In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?

He missed it by a few years. But I'm sure he would have loved the Internet, trolling forums and sending email blasts to his enemies.

Poor BB has no future - he's dead. Marco, however, is still with us and contributing to our discussions. What's your problem?

BTW, "Lie DöSung" makes absolutely no sense, in German or English.

I have no problem. Even though Dos386 likes to imagine some for me.

The point is that the forum is about Dos, and once silly discussions also lead to new threads that is annoying.

Of course (slapping my head)! It must be from Der gute Mensch von Sezuan.
