Last official version is 1.94 but there exists also 1.95 preview from year 2004

And at last but not the least - author promissed to release a new version in the end of this summer!

I'm already using this since 2005. ;-) And I wrote a tiny loader (in Sphinx C--) hooking the video BIOS interrupt, because PictView's UI displays garbage on my ThinkPad 770. Sending it to Jan is on my todo list since 2007. ;-)
