UNRAR version 3.71 beta 1 available (Announce)

On 07 September 2007 I built UNRAR for 32-bit DOS based on `unrarsrc-3.7.7.tar.gz' using DJGPP 2.03 Patchlevel 2 and GCC 2.95.3.

In response to my e-mail Eugene Roshal integrated all DJGPP-specific patches into `unrarsrc-3.7.8.tar.gz' and fixed a "read-only folders" bug. So I built a new DOS binary now.

Hardly efficient for simple .RAR unpacking, and deficient for complex unpacking. But if that's what you like, go with it.
