IRC chat program for DOS and others (Announce)

I noticed some recent updates on Mike's page. He wrote a TCP/IP library for QBASIC and QuickBasic and also some "end-user" programs. Enjoy.

Mike Chambers wrote a new version of RockIRCD.
This version uses a different (and probably better) TCP/IP stack
