DOS music composition programs? (Users)

Creative Labs Sound Blaster´s installation disks had some simple music programs:

1) "Sound Blaster Pro Intelligent Organ program" v1.04 (PRO-ORG.EXE) that lets you use your PC keyboard or MIDI-attached keyboard (connected via an adapter cable on the game port) to play music on the PC.

2) "Creative FM Intelligent Organ Program" v2.01
... a software similar to the previous


On the other hand, there are programs like "Fast Tracker" v2.08 or similar
