Surprisingly, pcalc-2.tar.lzma does indeed have pcalc-2/win32/pcalc.exe (as well as C sources), which is also surprisingly a MS C (circa 1992) DOS (!) .EXE.
EDIT: But it's cmdline only, no GUI (obviously?).
