OK, so to sumarize test conditions:
* problem is in decompression routine
* file must be password protected
* file must be quite large
* decompression must be done many times until error occur
* bug is not dependent on file content or password (length)?
To test do some repeated decompression, md5sum, comparison...
Did you tried under different OSes?
