I'm not sure it is useless.

And it inspired me to write a C90 version
and port it to the mainframe

https://sourceforge.net/p/pdos/gitcode/ci/master/tree/util/multisc.c

and write a mainframe emulator.

https://sourceforge.net/p/pdos/gitcode/ci/master/tree/util/mfemul.c

and make the mainframe support ".com" files:

https://sourceforge.net/p/pdos/gitcode/ci/master/tree/s370/pdos.c

and made me realize that the 80386 should be able
to support .com files too.

And that I should be able to write an 80386 version
that can run in LM64 mode (manipulate the stack
instead of using push/pop and call) as proof of
concept, and huge memory model as proof of concept
too.

And provide a purely public domain mainframe
distribution as a "University Challenge" (see
pdos.org).

What is unclear to me at the moment is the limits
of this subset of C. Basically is it Turing complete
or whatever the correct terminology is?

Basically Sector C has changed my life.

BFN. Paul.
