Wikipedia calls PC532 "public domain", but it's old (using National Semiconductor's 32k) and NetBSD stopped supporting it in 2008 when GCC 4 also dropped support. There were also apparently ports of Minix 1.3 (1990) and Mach 3.0 (1992). N.B. Wirth's Ceres Oberon machines used a similar cpu.
