FAT32 drive on GPT (Miscellaneous)

exactly.

GPT disks last, although this might be a SYS configurable option.

probably the booted disk should have C: ( or A:), then MBR disks, then GPT.

however I don't see any major trouble ahead in this as the machine has to be booted in an uncommon way, through USB or GRUB.
