I don't know, what Jack told you, but he didn't ask nicely. Instead he demanded with lots of invectives. That's a difference, of course.

Yes, I ignore(d) his "request", because of the way he "asked". And because his old(er) drivers were free, are free and will be free for ever.

I see. It was all my fault. My memories differ... But let's forget that now. We wanted to leave the past behind.
