Either nobody is interested in Binary VIEW/EYE/EAR ... or nobody has DOS anymore and it works in NTVDM

The core story is short: it doesn't work , the "spawn/popen-BUG" is still in. The next step is obvious: prevent this popen from being executed, since no version of DGJPP can do it without crashing
