On second revision it would appear that the WriteZErr / OvlNotFoundMsg2 error display bug I found in USBUHCI was fixed in a later version (just re-tested and realized I tested with an earlier ZIP that I downloaded but not studied):

This was the bug in v0.11:

USBUHCIL 0.11, (C) 2007-2009, Bret E. Johnson.
DOS Driver for a Universal HCI compatible USB Host Controller.
LITE version (maximum 16 Devices, no Isochronous Transactions).

Required Data File USBUHCIL.OVL is missing, invalid, or incorrect version.♥x☻└?#

which seems to have been fixed in later versions:

USBUHCI 0.14, (C) 2007-2010, Bret E. Johnson.
DOS Driver for a Universal HCI compatible USB Host Controller.

Required Data File USBUHCI.OVL is missing, invalid, or incorrect version.

Likewise the #03 bug in the AMIS header was also fixed. However I did note that USBUHCI.A36 from the latest usbsourc.zip states "Changes in version 0.15" in the heading but the version number is coded as 0.14 in the rest of the code. It would appear from the changes.doc that the zip file that I downloaded was version 0.14.
