Valid solution, if you're not in a hurry.

Their SYSXP.EXE is for Windows, what SYS.COM is for DOS. Even SYS.COM works in XP x86, if you ACK its question about full access to the drive.

And how do you create a new FAT image? Yes, it's a rhetorical question, because you can always have spare one lying around and making a copy of.

A little bloated, I think.
