Diskette image creation batch files (Emulation)

Added support for file attributes and datetimes, documented in https://hg.ulukai.org/ecm/bootimg/file/5f6e94c6e7fe/bootimg.asm#l45 (The defaults are to use no attributes and leave the file datetimes as the zero values, which correspond to the fictional datetime "1980-00-00 00:00:00". This is compatible to the prior behaviour of the bootimg script.)
