Isn't that the mode that Fasm's DOS version uses?

IIRC it also has the "little" restriction that you have to intercept all interrupt vectors that may be used while in that 32-bit mode ( including the IRQs ), switch to 16-bit, call the interrupt routine, and finally switch back to 32-bit mode.
