DOS network configuration (Users)
I think that every new DOS program should look at WATTCP.CFG (in directory of EXE file or according WATTCP.CFG environment variable)
Even programs not using watt32 or wattcp libraries should do it in this way because it is a semi-standard in DOS.
In wattcp.cfg you can specify fixed IP adress or your can select BOOTP/DHCP protocol. Both is possible.
