No, it's just named GALCON.NOTE for some reason. Eric's FILETYPE.COM is your friend. :-D

The old text (GALCON.TXT) from 7.50 seemed sufficient, and that's what I just (locally) zipped into the main .ZIP itself.

BTW, Borland compiler stuff isn't part of Borland or Inprise anymore, it got sold to Code Gear and then currently belongs to Embarcadero (I think).

It's easier for them to get it themselves, I think, esp. if a new version is released (or they want to try a CVS build, even). Besides, DOSBox runs on more than just Windows! :-) (Oh, and you'd have to include sources too because it's GPL.)
