RBIL is an excellent resource, and should be updated.

However, I am thinking of full, detailed documents, such as the DPMI and XMS specs. Ideally, they should be authoritative, and comprehensive enough to answer reasonable questions arising in the development of implementations. This is beyond the scope of RBIL.
