mTCP new release 27/June/2010 - now ported to Open Watcom (Announce)

I have idea about configuration files. It would be great if mTCP could process and load configuration from WATTCP.CFG file.
I know - it is a part of another implementation and your stack has nothing to do with it.
BUT there is many Wattcp/watt32 programs written, all use this file so it could referred as a "semistandard".
Noram user doesn't will to examine whether this or that application uses Watt32 or mTCP. He knows that DOS internet is configured via wattcp.cfg file.
