Well, new subvariants of COVID-19 Omicron are still springing up, as late as last month (April 2022). So this whole COVID-19 pandemic is still very much in the present tense.

If your local news is not talking about it, it probably just means that they decided not to pay attention, for whatever reason.

And I imagine that for someone in (or near) 🇺🇦, certain matters might be more urgent than getting the next dose of the Moderna vaccine. But that does not mean the virus is no longer around...   Stay safe.
