MPXplay under CWSDPMI (Users)

I use neither DOS4G (is it freeware at all???) nor CWSDPMI (why? Blocek memory leak bug?), so ...

BTW, the DOS/32A version runs under HDPMI32 although it's a known fact that DOS/32A doesn't love external DOS based DPMI hosts too much either.

- not residentable
- spawn-BUG
- ARF-BUG
- maybe other bugs
