I know, I just wanted to clarify some notes about various engines, incompatibilities, etc. for anybody who's interested. (Oddly enough, Doom Legacy [not 100% Boom compatible??] and older, buggy FreeDoom were in FreeDOS 1.0, but they [Blair?] didn't show much interest in my comments. Yeah, well, the whole team is always too busy, ugh.)

EDIT: Seems "Doom Legacy" engine is barely still developed but hasn't had a proper DOS build since 2003, which basically means that (like all other ports) DOS support is dead, obsoleted, the new version is incompatible, and they won't change that. Sucks but usually true. (At least Eternity's dude was kind enough to be willing to accept patches if I rewrote the DOS backend, heh, as if.)
