Mpxplay v1.57 and 1.58 (Users)

I think it would be better to remove SWSSOCK.INI and to use WATTCP.CFG instead.
I know, it is CFG file for another library but this library is quite spread and is the facto standard for DOS programs.

And I think it is allways better to keep the nettwork settings for all DOS applications in one CFG file.
