Hi !

Like mKEYB, I don't even think of supporting codepages.
That CP stuff is not any good anyway, IMO (and pun intended) .

Alright, for a Chinese or a Russian locale, it might be necessary,
but for a French DOS system it's totally useless bloat. Perso I never load
any of the localisation stuff on my PCs or those of the people I advise,
except for "country.sys" (and then I have my own slim cntryfr.sys).

I'm interested in your advices : do you (not just Rugx, you all!) think a French
PC needs *any* of the codepage stuff ? In my experience it is useless bloat,
and even nefarious (MS assumes the French want to use CP 850, but in fact the
alternate CP 437 is perfect for us, and anyway 99.99999% of all DOS
programs assume CP 437, or rather ignore "code pages" completely, which is
practically the same as assuming 437 <G> )
