Considering DOS (Users)

I recommend FreeDOS or EDR-DOS (I have both in my BOOT-MENU).

DOS will see just 640 KiB, right.

Up to 2 GiB or 4 GiB (- PCI MMIO space) RAM as XMS and for good DOS extenders.
