cwsdpmi version? Possible fix for Borland tools. (Announce)

It is Jack's XHDD cache. I remember that I had some issues with my BIOS virtual DMA and I use XHDD to fix it. When I don't load XHDD then non-realmode dos programs hangs when accessing disk. This problem is only in V86 mode.
