CWSDPMI r7 NOVCPI test (Announce)

Ok, used the same tools, it works!
Perhaps I can adjust cwsdpmi so it can use memory beyond 4GB even if himemsx is loaded. Doesn't seem too difficult.

I guess MS did this so Windows initialization can always switch to ring 0 and "take over".
