HimemSX, another HimemX variant (Announce)

The -cA000-BFFF option on my Intel processor makes some programs not working. For example, a mario game that uses A000-AFFF memory as a buffer displays "artifacts". Other programs, including text programs, blink.
Fortunately, you can go back to the standard settings (option -uA000-BFFF). Everything worked fine on the previous computer (AMD processor).
