Actually, a better example would have been is
Linux running on a z/Arch mainframe not "real
Linux" because it doesn't run 80386 binaries?

And I believe Windows has an ARM port - is that
not real Windows?

And the original Windows was 16-bit anyway - I
don't think Windows 11 runs 16-bit software
at all. It will be news to Microsoft if Windows
11 is not "real Windows".

The philosophical question is interesting.

No, it's not that sophisticated yet.

I listed the supported commands already.

This is pdos-generic, not pdos/386 or even pdos/86.

Note that PDOS/386 recently returned to no-VM so
the distribution currently available allows
unrestricted access to SVGA graphics as seen by
the supplied "graphtst" program. ie in PM32.
