ARM version of MSDOS (Announce)

It's very useful in setting goals. And setting a
definition for that goal.

I don't know what donkey.bas is, but PDOS/386 comes
with bwbasic, which is a BASIC interpreter.

Honestly, I have been using Android smartphones for
about a year, and seeing an MSDOS prompt (or similar)
come up and being able to do a "dir", which only
happened a few hours ago, is fantastic already, and
the culmination of decades of effort.
