The "Jan. 4" version works in WinXP and pure FreeDOS (HIMEMX only), both using SSE2. I manually enable the CRx bits needed but only if in ring 0. Otherwise, it seemed to crash on XP (which is not desired). It's possible that I did something dumb otherwise that prevents it from working under JEMM, but I need to test more. (Any explicit pointers are welcome.) It's only a preliminary version.
