Please see if you still have the Intel 82945GM problem trying this one: http://rapidshare.com/files/417611675/mplayer.exe. The VESA output should work exactly like in the case of Kostylev's builds. For scaling video to full screen, use Mplayer with "-fs -zoom -monitoraspect". Unfortunately I've had no time yet for adding support to other sound cards.
