Bug-fixed Mplayer build from the same SVN (Announce)

This one should fix the problem: http://ompldr.org/vNWwxdg. Now it will look for the config file reading the SVGALIB_CARD environment variable (i.e. you should "set SVGALIB_CARD=drive:/path/configfile.ext"). If SVGALIB_CARD is not set it will try to open "C:/libvga.cfg". I don't want to make it search relative paths as svgalib's config file is intended to be used by more than one program.
