Maybe... The author probably abandon this code, I found latest vsyncmame from year 2003...

I'm afraid it would be more complicated. In kernel config the SBlive is placed in separated emu10k1 module instead of other ac97 cards. And my onboard audio supports only HD (PCI sub class is HD audio) not AC97 :(.
