Only the video part from the LIBVGA.CFG matters, the rest is not implemented and ignored (i.e. no mouse, keyboard etc.), and the i810 chipset is also ignored. With some chipset drivers svga:vidix doesn't work, if vidix supports your card use always vesa as "graphics server" (Mplayer's vesa:vidix code is much better than the svga:vidix one). In case your card is not supported by svgalib's hardware accelerated drivers, again use -vo vesa instead of svgalib's vesa driver.
