I think we all appreciate DOS386 and the contributions, support, and great benefit to the DOS community. There a few left in this world who realize that DOS can, and should be kept alive. It works, and works FAST and WELL!

Your latest build of MPLAYER works very well for me on all my systems (thanks for experimental svgalib and vidix support!). Sometimes I need to Ctrl-C out, too, but this isn't any problem for me, at least. Audio still doesn't work, but hopefully through WSS other cards will be easy to add in future. Noticed quite a bit of speed decrease between your newest builds and Miks 2008, but thankfully I have the CPU power to handle that bloat. Still, it's quite disconcerting as DOS386 has mentioned that the Mplayer team in only 2 years' time have managed to introduce so much blost / slowdown!
