DOS File System efforts (Developers)

Who is "we"? Who adds support for a new file system in DOS? I'm not aware of such efforts. There's no risk (or chance) that FreeDOS will get anything in this direction in the foreseeable future. It doesn't even have a FAT32 capable CHKDSK!

There is a FAT32+ implementation in EDR-DOS WIP versions AFAIK. That's good, it's a nice toy for DOS fanatics or those who know exactly what they are doing. What I don't want is this toy being advertised as a safe DOS extension, intended for all DOS users.

MS-DOS forever!
