I dunno, depends on who's willing and able (not me, sadly).

As opposed to all the other completely stable and perfectly bugless DOS software? Of course, major bugs should be eliminated, but minor stuff may never be. We're used to that by now. (And as already was mentioned, this "hack" is probably easier to implement than, say, ReiserFS.)
