Depending on your view with BP7 (Oct 92) or D1 (feb 95). BCC4.5 is of august that same year. Borland worked (and afaik still) alternately on a Delphi or C version. Sometimes a feature was first in the Delphi line, sometimes in the BCB line. See also http://delphi.wikia.com/wiki/Borland_Compiler_Release_Dates

D1 could only make win16 apps like BCPP4.5, but there were adapted RTLs to create 16-bit pm (286rm extender) apps.

D2+ are wdosX able. Though I don't know that many that actually used wdosx.
