Some people have broadband, some still have dialup. and it never hurts to shrink disk space requirements. Yes, I know we al have hu-u-u-ge disks now, but I still have the old-fashioned attitude - and less space used also translates into lower defrag times, an issue that gets annoyingly larger along with the disks.

But nobody will complain about smaller files, so there is no downside.

Well, bro', we know that :lol:. But you know how to do it for yourself, and some people hate it, so it seems to me making it a user option is a good move.
